With chardonnay being the predominant grape variety there's also a small amount of Pinot Noir. This sparkling has bright, lifted aroma's of pears, apples and citrus with a touch of passionfruit and guava. A small proportion was fermented in old oak barrels with the balance of it fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is a young bubbly affordable sparkling to drink now. Think champange breakfast or race days. Panel tasting notes: I like the light bubbles, nice dry finish.
