The bouquet of this wine is almost misleading in its sweet appeal. The lifted aromas of lychee, rose water and orange muscat contribute to this theory. Luscious fresh fruit, a balanced crisp acidity and ginger spice are evident on the palate. It is at this point you will realise you have been deceived and that Boat O’Craigo Gewurtztraminer is dry. Think: Grilled calamari and chips on the beach. Panel tasting notes: Driest Gewurtz i've had, not that is a bad thing.
