The pale colour of this wine is an indication of it’s purity. No tricky winemaking here. It’s all about the fruit in the vineyard. A bouquet of tropical fruits – melon, passionfruit and citrus – leads to a vibrant mouth-watering palate where the fruit flavours continue and combine with the classical mineral characters. The palate is zesty, fresh and clean with a lingering finish. Think: Tomato salad with goat's cheese. Panel tasting notes: Didnt realise the Yarra could do good savvy!
