New South Wales has various wine regions that all bring something different. The Hunter Valley is known for its semillon and shiraz grapes, Orange is generally known for its sauvignon blanc and cool climate shiraz varieties whilst Riverina has had an emergence of alternate grape varieties such as Nero D'avola and Vermentino.
