South Australia

South Australia is globally known as being one of Australia's most historic and reputable wine regions.

With the higher altitude, Adelaide Hills produces some fantastic white wines with sauvignon blanc being its main repertoire. The Barossa Valley has a long history of producing award-winning wines and is known for its bold shiraz varieties.

If you love a dry riesling then head to Clare or Eden Valley. It goes without saying that Coonawarra is the master of cabernet sauvignon and McLaren Vale with its mediterranean climate has earnt its reputation for its grenache and shiraz varieties.
