Pale straw in colour with green tints and a fresh mix of citrus blossom, melon and lemongrass on the nose you'll love this zesty wine with delicate flavours of citrus and tropical fruits all balanced by crisp acidity and fine texture. Think eggplant, zucchini and goats cheese salad. Panel tasting notes: love the crispness and acid finish, not overly fruity like some other sauvignon blancs.
