Kongorong (an area south of Mount Gambier) was selected as the region to source the fruit for our first ever Riesling. This area is know for its cool ripening temperatures that ensure optimum flavour development. Picked in the cool of the night, with controlled fermentation sees a wine that is excellent now but will also reward those with patience in the future. This Riesling is a aromatic white with lifted lemon zest and red apple blossom on the nose complimented with refreshing grapefruit and red apple flavours balance with crisp acidity and a lively palate: Region: Coonawarra/Mt Gambier
