Product Description

Harvested 29th February. Pale chartreuse -golden straw in colour.  The aroma has intensely perfumed nectarine with a hint of honey. The palate is balanced with stone fruit, nuts, fresh citrus & creamed honey. Matured in French oak for 11 months, adding texture and complexity, finishing with exceptional balance.
