Martin Siebert is a winemaker from Victoria's Yarra Valley with a penchant for cool climate wines. He believes great wines can only be made from great sites and sources his fruit from sites that can deliver some of the most interesting wines in the Yarra Valley.
Grown at 300m elevation by the Yarra Valley's southern fringe, the The Patch Vineyard is one of the Yarra Valley's coolest so much of the winemaking of this wine is about putting meat on the bones. Think white peach, cashew nuts and nougat carried along by the lemony acidity and hallmark Yarra Valley length. Panel tasting notes: a true boutique find, love it!
