Product Description
The fruit for this wine is grown on a southern Margaret River vineyard in Forest Grove, where the Sauvignon Blanc clone H5V10 is planted. The juice was fermented entirely in stainless steel, utilising different yeast across a number of batches in order to aid flavour diversity. Post fermentation there was some lees stirring to assist with texture and resulting mouthfeel. Region: Margaret River
