Product Description

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime juice and green apple aromas meld into lemon followed by talc and chalky mineral notes. Piercing lime juice, lemon and granny smith apple flavours sit over a bed of wet steel and mineral. Dry austere finish with crunchy fresh acidity and a medium to long aftertaste. Region: Clare Valley
