Product Description

This single vineyard drop is a stunning example of premium Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. It's a modern style chardonnay which means it's had no oak treatment and therefore doesn't have that buttery fullness to it. This wine displays a pure, delicate fruit character with fine structure and is well balanced with that natural cool climate freshness. You'll also get some tasty fig and lemon soufflé aromas on the nose (yum). Think roast chicken, seafood linguini and chicken risotto. Panel tasting notes: I thought I didn't like Chardonnay but how wrong was I, great price too!
