Another beauty from this renowned vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula. With a citrus and bouquet driven (fruity and florally) aroma, you'll get rich stone fruit flavours on the palate a lovely texture and a persistent long finish. A more modern style Chardonnay, this wine has been made for current drinking but will happily lie down for another 3 to 6 years. Think burnt butter sage gnocchi, chicken roast and veal scallopini. Panel tasting notes: slightly oaky, am surprised at how much I like this wine, I've just been converted to a chardy!
