Pale straw in colour with a persistent bead, this delicate fruit driven wine has aromas of lemon zest, peach skin and white nougat. The palate is finely structured with subtle flavours of roasted cashews and brioche from extended time on lees. The creamy texture and fine line of citrus acidity drives the palate to a crisp and refreshing finish.  Emily is a wine to be enjoyed at any time and to celebrate any occasion.
