With 2015 being one of the strongest vintages in the Yarra Valley for over 20 years this drop has some outstanding flavours and is considered the 'vintage benchmark of the year'. With a bright crimson aroma you'll get strawberries, raspberries and cherries with subtle oak on the palate, good length and silky tannins. Think tomato based dishes such as spinach and ricotta tortellini with a tomato basil sauce or chicken and veggie casserole. Panel tasting notes: such a nice smooth, silky finish, I can see why this is a benchmark wine.
