Rutherglen is a very suitable region for Sangiovese, being warm enough to adequately ripen the variety combined with irrigation from the Murray river system to help maintain balance and consistency. As a result we end up with juicy, elegant wines with strong cherry and strawberry varietal characters. Supported by dark earthy notes and fine Sangiovese tannin. Region: Rutherglen
