Stanton & Killeen Classic Muscat

If you can't fit in dessert then get yourself a glass and finish a lovely meal off with this (also a gorgeous accompaniment to any cheese platter). We've managed to go through quite a few of these with guests who never thought they'd enjoy a wine considered to be sweet. It's colour reminds me of salted caramel with a dark caramel hue and aromas of Turkish delight, tobacco and espresso. It's a seriously good sticky with flavours of rich raisin fruit, rose petal, dried figs and cumquat. Think: cheese platter and with (or instead of) a tim tam or chocolates. Panel tasting notes: wow, like honestly, you've converted me, it's so yum.. I'm going to have it with crepes and ice cream (now that's a good idea)!
