Tarrawarra is well known for its exceptional produce of Chardonnay (and Pinot Noir) varietals although they also produce other amazing drops. This delicious example has grapefruit and lemon zest aromas with underlying notes of cashew nuts and a creamy yet fine texture on the palate. With oak and tank maturation, the wine shows an elegant complexity with appealing freshness. Think roast chicken or pork and barbequed prawns. Panel tasting notes: love, love this wine and while I'm at it, I love that winery too with great views, great food and an art exhibition!
