Described as a cracker of the wine by Ben Edwards & Dan Sims from the Wine Guide, this Heathcote beauty is sure to impress. It has some intense fruit with subtle oak and abright red purple colour. On the nose it's got some plum and coca notes with a bright palate with fine tannings and great length. Think braised beef cheeks or steak frites. Panel tasting notes: delicious, great boutique wine, love Heathcote shiraz and great value.
